Our curriculum

Community groups is an important part of school life at Malmsbury Primary School. Each term our students choose a group they would like to be part of, for example, they might sign up to Malmsbury Ramblers, Sport, Maker Space, Crafts, Gardening or the Mystery group! Community groups is not only an opportunity for our students to follow their passions, they also get to work with a range of people from our school and wider community. For example, our Malmsbury Ramblers group is supported by a local Malmsbury Landcare member. If you are in the Malmsbury Ramblers group you will be planting trees by the Coliban river, checking the water quality of the river and reporting it to the River Detectives website, learning about animals that live in our area and learning about the history of Malmsbury.
